GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL NANOPRO PRODUCTS
Vehicle must be continuously registered within India.
Any treatment / re-treatment of Nanopro Products must be applied / reapplied by an authorized licensed Nanopro Installer. If any treatment, cleaning, repair or other work is carried out on the vehicle without Nanopro or a Licensed Nanopro Agents prior written authorization, the warranty will be invalid.
Nanopro Agents must be notified of failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence. Failure to notify Nanopro Agents within 30 days will relieve Nanopro and Nanopro Agents of all responsibilities under this warranty.
The customer shall have the vehicle inspected every 12 months from the anniversary of the application date plus.
The customer shall have the vehicle inspected at either a Nanopro Store or an authorized Nanopro Agent. authorized Nanopro Agents may at their discretion charge for their service; a visit by a Nanopro representative will acquire a fee.
The customer shall undertake further application of Nanopro products to the vehicle as are recommended by Nanopro or by the authorized Nanopro Agent during inspection.
Vehicle must be inspected and re-treated when due as per the terms of the warranty.
Warranty is Transferable

Customer Failure to maintain due care of the treated surface results in warranty void.
Pre-existing damage or weakening is excluded from this warranty.
Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.
Exposure to nonstandard & severe chemicals.
Failure to restoration & retreat damaged sections.
Damages caused by modifications to the vehicle e.g. mirror, roof racks, DVD install, etc….
Areas not treated with Nanopro products.
Any claim in respect of damage caused by unusual atmospheric conditions including not limited to hail, salt spray or chemicals.
Any claims for matters which are covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of manufacturers imperfections.

Nanopro will safeguard the treated surface under the terms and conditions listed below that should the treated factory painted surfaces be damaged by color fading or loss of gloss from the sun’s harmful UV rays, Nanopro will repair or clean (at its option) any failed section and retreat the damaged area at no cost to the owner providing that the owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described under the Nanopro adheres to the terms & conditions within this warranty.
Warranty Conditions and Exclusions
In the event of damage to the factory painted surface caused by collision, accident, vandalism or abuse, the vehicle must be taken to an authorized Nanopro Installer Centre for re-treatment at the owners or insurer’s expense. The owner must present their Warranty Card and the authentication code so it may receive an updated endorsement of treatment.
This warranty does not cover stone chipping, surface rust, marring, abnormal chemical fallout or spillage, untreated panel repair or replacement; bore water spotting, scratching, abrasions, manufactures imperfections or paint imperfections such as paint flaking, peeling, foreign matter in paint, orange peel or clear coat separation. In addition to the above listed items Pro 10H & recoat are both resistant to but not warranted against bug splatter, tree sap, bird droppings or bat droppings.
To maintain the validity of this Warranty the vehicle must be presented to an authorized Nanopro Installer or Dealer within thirty (30) days before or after the first anniversary of treatment application and thereafter on each subsequent anniversary.
This warranty is only valid when the Vehicle Details have been registered online and only valid if the registration is completed within 30 days of the application date.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE WARRANTY OFFERED IN RESPECT OF NANOPRO PRODUCTS
The warranty is only valid if the Customer & Vehicle information section is completed at the time that the Nanopro product is applied and if your full details have been registered online within 30 days of application date.
Any claim under the warranty must be notified via email or writing to Nanopro Pvt Ltd within 30 days of the customer first becoming aware of any matter giving rise to a claim in regards to Nanopro Products.
The warranty is only valid if:
- Following notification of a claim the vehicle is made available for Nanopro inspection at its office (or such other place as Nanopro may nominate) at a time mutually convenient to Nanopro and the Customer, such time during normal business hours (9.00 am – 5.00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday) ; and
- The vehicle is subsequently made available to Nanopro or such other person/s as Nanopro may stipulate in order that any treatment, cleaning, repair or other work may be undertaken.
- Approval in writing must be obtained by the customer from Nanopro before undertaking any work covered by the warranty. All work covered by the warranty must be undertaken by Nanopro, an Authorized Nanopro Agent or such person as Nanopro may nominate. If any treatment, cleaning, repair or other work is carried out on the vehicle without Nanopro written authorization first being obtained, the warranty will automatically be invalidated.
- In the event that the vehicle is involved in an accident which involves damage to an area treated by a Nanopro Product, the warranty only remains valid if the affected areas of the Vehicle are retreated by Nanopro or an authorized Nanopro agent with the relevant Nanopro Products at the customers expense within 21 days of the date of repair; Re-application of Nanopro Paint Sealant should be performed after vehicle paint has been allowed to settle for at least 21 days.
Warranty excludes the following claims:
Any claim in respect of matters pre-existing at the time of the application of the Nanopro Product.
Any claim in respect of any Nanopro Product applied other than by Nanopro or a Nanopro Agent.
Any claim arising from the customer failing to properly maintain the vehicle.
Any claim in respect off acts of vandalism or arising out of an accident involving the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of manufacturers imperfections.
Any claim arising from the vehicle being operated in a manner contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Any claim in respect of damage resulting from the use of the vehicle in a competition or motor sporting event, or where the vehicle is used on a beach, or in off-road driving conditions, or for the launching of boats or other marine vessels for other than occasional recreation use.
Any claim in respect of the load area of a commercial vehicle.
Any claim in respect of a vehicle which has been subject to other than normal wear and tear.
Any claim where the vehicle has not been maintained in accordance with the Nanopro Customer Care Instructions
Any claim in respect of damage caused by unusual atmospheric conditions including but not limited to hail, salt spray or chemicals
Any claim in respect of damage caused by acid, dyes, inks, bleachers, gum, paint, and lubricants, caustic or corrosive materials.
Any claim in respect of the tray area of utilities.
Any claim in respect of any area of the vehicle which has not been treated with the appropriate Nanopro Product, or at the customer’s request.
Any claim arising from the installation of aftermarket parts and/or accessories including without limitation mirrors, luggage racks and mudflats.
Any claim in respect of surface rust, rust damage caused by moister trapped under trims and rubber moldings or decorations.
Any claim in respect of rust appearing above the window line of the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of damage to the paintwork caused by stone chips, rust or corrosion (where the area of the vehicle has not been treated with Nanopro Products), abnormal chemical fall out or spillage, petrol spillage, scratching, abrasion, fire, bird droppings, bat droppings, tree sap, panel repair or replacement.
Any claim in respect of deterioration to the paint work caused by the use of cleaning agents other than those commercially available for cleaning paintwork of private passenger vehicles.
Any claim in respect of paint chipping, grazing or peeling.
Any claim in respect of the tearing or ripping of interior surfaces of the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of damage caused by acid, dye, oil-based paints, bleach or other corrosive substances.
Any claim in respect of damage caused by cigarette or cigar burns.
Any claim for matters which are covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of surface rust resulting from chips, scratches or other damage to the paintwork of the vehicle.
The warranty shall immediately become null and void if any of the following occur:
If any panel or parts of the vehicle that would normally be treated under terms have been modified from the manufacturer’s specification.
If the vehicle has been subject to blizzard/flood.
If the vehicle is at any time not registered for use on the roads of an Indian state or territory.
If the customer has been advised to have the vehicle retreated with Nanopro Products or undertakes other work at an inspection and the customer has failed to do so.
- The granting of the warranty is conditional upon payment in full by the customer for the application of the relevant Nanopro Product.
- The above warranty does not exclude any conditions or warranties which are made mandatory by legislation, however other than as imposed by law, the terms and conditions of the warranty are wholly contained in this webpage / document and all other warranties to the extent permissible by law are expressly excluded.
- To the extent to which it is permissible, the liability of Nanopro and Nanopro Agents to the customer other than pursuant to the warranty contained in this webpage / document is limited to the re-application of the appropriate Nanopro Products.
- If any of the provisions of the warranty are contrary to, prohibited by, or held invalid under any application law, that provision shall be considered inapplicable and omitted, but shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
- Electronic device warranty is that which is issued by the individual devices manufactures. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
